When a young girl mysteriously disappears from a video game company that is under government survellience, a top secret spy puts together a team of young people to go undercover as game testers to find her. Using the latest gadetries, they find the girl and discover a devious plot to control minds with a new video game, to be released over the Internet worldwide the next morning. With time running out, Task Force 2001 has an impossible mission: save the girl and stop the game before it takes over the minds of people everywhere.
